Grandma Stand Foundation ("we," "us") runs grandmastand.com and the Grandma Stand™. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Information you give us through our forms: your name, email, phone number, city and state, and anything you write in a message or nomination.
- Newsletter sign-ups: your email address.
- Donations are processed by Givebutter. We receive your name, contact details and gift amount. We never see or store your full card or bank details.
- Basic site analytics, such as pages visited and the type of device used, collected by our website provider.
How we use it
- To reply to you and follow up on nominations, volunteer interest, stand requests and spot suggestions.
- To send donation receipts and thank-you notes.
- To send our newsletter, if you signed up.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
What we don't do
We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information. We only share it with the services that help us run the Grandma Stand, such as our donation, email and website providers, and only as needed to provide those services.
At the stand
Conversations at the Grandma Stand are personal. We may take photos or video at public stand events. If you'd rather not appear in something we've shared, email us and we'll take it down.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link at the bottom of each email.
- Ask us to see, correct or delete the information we have about you.
Children
Our website isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
